- We ship all of our orders using tracked DHL.
- Monday-Friday excluding bank and public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1pm will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. You'll also have the option to update your delivery should you need to rearrange or not be in.

We offer an express service on all of our orders anyway. So you can expect your order between 1-3 days. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday.
If you place your order over a weekend or after 1pm on a Friday you can expect your order the following Tuesday.

How do I use a reed diffuser?
It's a breeze! Remove the lid, put the reed sticks in the bottle and let the fragrance absorb into the sticks. After 20 minutes, flip the sticks back around and let the good vibes flow.
Always wash your hands after handling reed sticks.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Milk Jar Candle Co. reed diffusers are a massive 4 oz which means they're in it for the long haul, keeping your space smelling fantastic for 5+ months.
How often should I flip the sticks?
Give those sticks a little flip every 1-2 weeks to keep the fragrance fresh in your space.
Can I adjust the fragrance strength?
You're in control! Add more sticks for a stronger scent or fewer sticks for a subtle whiff of magic. We recommend 5-10 sticks, 5 for a weaker smell and 10 for full blast.
What are the reed sticks made out of?
These reed sticks are made out of polyester cotton fibre.
What's with the extra set of sticks?
Consider these your backup plan. When your first set gets tired after a few months of use, swap them out with the extra set to keep the fragrance groove going.
Are these reed diffusers safe for pets and mini-humans?
While reed diffusers are safe when used correctly, we highly recommend keeping them out of reach from curious critters and small children. Safety, first!
